For us, this comes into play in a big way during our consultations. We expect your design consultant to spot any potential issues (wood rot, damage, etc.) that must be addressed during your project.

Many replacement window companies don’t like to include these issues in their quotes because it forces the numbers to go up. It doesn’t mean they won’t do what is necessary; it just means they’ll hide the costs during the bid and add them to your final bill.

While it may cost us jobs, we refuse to play that game. We give each client a full proposal, including any repair work we’ll need to do to ensure your windows and doors will function correctly for the rest of your life. And we ensure it with a lifetime warranty.

If your build proposal fails to list an issue that your Design Consultant should have caught and must be resolved, that’s not your problem – it’s ours. So, we take care of the issue without generating a change order (an additional bill).

There will be times when we come across something we couldn’t have seen during your consultation. But when that happens, we talk to you before we do anything.

Surprise situations are one thing, but a surprising final tally is quite another. We make a point of keeping you informed every step of the way so you always know where you stand.

Reliability comes from organization and communication.

At GreenTex Home Improvement, we always keep abreast of supply issues and availability. If a product may not be available in a reasonable amount of time, then that product falls off our list until that changes.

And if you’re looking for a custom color or feature, we won’t pretend that it won’t take far longer to receive than a standard order. We’d rather you walk away than give you false expectations.

At most times, we know what we can deliver when and will never seek to string you along just to keep you aboard.

We only make promises we know we can keep. And when something happens to delay your order (pandemic, anyone?), we contact you immediately.
