Then they’ll talk to you about your goals for the project, what your comfort zone is budget-wise, and which features are must-haves and which you just find interesting.

If you’re spending $50 a month on your energy bill, they won’t waste your time by discussing added efficiency. But if you have an issue with sunlight, they’ll know to tell you about UV-blocking coatings. Whatever your needs, they’ll be accounted for by your consultant.

Once all the information is gathered, they’ll put together a proposal.

What we will never do is ignore or hide a problem or charge you for extra work without discussing it with you first.
