Greentex Home Transformations | December 2025
Project 1: The Wellness Retreat
Location: Central Austin, TX
Clients: Nancy and Charles C.
The Challenge
The clients had an outdated, oversized corner garden tub that lacked functionality. They required a solution that prioritized injury rehabilitation and wellness through hydro, ozone, and chromo therapies, without requiring a full-scale bathroom remodel that would disrupt their daily lives.
The Greentex Solution
Our team integrated a high-end Walk-In Therapy Tub into the existing footprint. To ensure the new unit didn’t look like an afterthought, we focused on custom architectural integration:
- Custom Carpentry: Designed a unique shelf and bench system around the window area to fill the gap left by the old garden tub.
- Seamless Finishes: Sourced and patched floor tiles to perfectly match the original flooring.
- Efficiency: The project was planned and executed in just a few days to minimize household disruption.
The Result
The bathroom now serves as a private spa. The custom stonework and shelving make the therapy tub look original to the home’s design, providing the clients with a sophisticated space for physical recovery and relaxation.

Project 2: From Seasonal Porch to Year-Round Sunroom
Location: Georgetown, TX
Clients: Paul and Kristen B.
The Challenge
The clients loved their screened-in porch but were tired of it being unusable during Texas’s humid summers and chilly winters. They needed a fully climate-controlled, waterproof living space that maintained the “light and airy” feel of the outdoors.
The Greentex Solution
By utilizing the existing stone porch pillars as structural anchors, Greentex designed a contemporary sunroom extension:
- The View: Installed two large sliding windows on custom short walls, specifically height-adjusted so the landscape is visible from a seated position.
- Climate Mastery: Integrated a wall-unit AC and a high-efficiency quartz heater, supported by new ceiling fans for optimal airflow.
- Aesthetic Finishes: Utilized painted pine beadboard and large travertine floor tiles to create a “contemporary-meets-organic” look.
The Result
“The new and inviting space is ready for many years of entertaining and relaxation.”
Paul and Kristen now have a seamless transition from their home to the outdoors. The addition of the 3-panel sliding door provides easy access while ensuring the home remains energy-efficient and protected from the elements.
